Recognizing the potential of the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation scheme, Ben strategically invested in two properties on Fitzroy Street, Queens Park—serving as the inspiration for the company name. These properties were among the pioneering SDA dwellings in Western Australia. Since then, Fitzroy Residences has evolved into a respected entity, providing comprehensive SDA management services across Australia.
